Volunteer OpportunitiesOur volunteers are an invaluable part of the work we do at Bethlehem Centers of Nashville. Readers- Help enrich the lives of children in our daycare by volunteering your time to read a book to our kids in our special reading room. Lunch Prep- Our Chef prepares a nutritious breakfast, lunch and snack for all three daycare facilities each day. A little help from a volunteer is always appreciated! Youth Development Program
"Too Smart To Start" Chaperone- Accompany our youth from Too Smart to Start on outings around the Mid-South! BCN Youth Mentor- Members of the community are needed to mentor youth at BCN. The Shopping Bag - Temporarily closed at this timeVolunteer to help operate The Shopping Bag thrift store at our 1417 Charlotte Avenue location. Shopping Bag Sales Associate- Come be a part of the exciting transformation of The Shopping Bag! Duties for this position would include sorting and tagging clothes, and greeting and assisting customers. Hot Lunch ProgramOur Hot Lunch program partners with 14 area churches to prepare and deliver a hot meal to over 100 homebound seniors every day. Hot Lunch Delivery Volunteer- The Hot Lunch Program needs drivers to drive their own transportation will pick up lunches from local churches and deliver to elderly and disabled individuals daily.
