The Vocational Success Institute (VSI) at Bethlehem Centers is a teen summer employment program for eligible 14 – 19 year old students.  VSI creates an unique educational and work opportunity for low-income youth who learn about, prepare for and take hold of real jobs and real work.  Each summer 50 teens are selected for this paid two-month program that includes a month-long classroom training session and a month-long internship and/or job shadow position.

Students are taught the basics of business etiquette, writing and personal budgeting among other subjects.  They are able to contribute to their family finances and gain a sense of accomplishment and responsibility.

THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT BE OFFERED FOR SUMMER 2011.
